MID-AUTUMN FESTIVAL 26.09.2023
18.09.2023
Every autumn, both adults and children are excited preparing to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival. Mid-Autumn Festival – one of the typical traditional festivals of the Vietnamese people, takes place on the August 15th lunar month every year.
According to the information searched by HANA Asia, everyone knows the Mid-Autumn Festival through three legends: Hang Nga and Hau Nghe, Duong Minh Hoang King ascending to the moon and the Legend of the man in the moon of Vietnam.
Mid-Autumn Festival symbolizes the wish for a comfortable life, convenient, peaceful and prosperous life. In addition, the Mid-Autumn Festival also carries the meaning of family gatherings and reunions. The image of a family sitting around a platter, adults conversing and enjoying moon cakes together, children playing with colorful lanterns is probably a particularly warm and indispensable image this holiday.
Joining the happy and amped atmosphere of the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival, on September 26th, HANA Asia will organize a Mid-Autumn Festival at Co-working space from 11:00 AM – 03:00 PM for our clients to participate in. Specially, in this event, we also organize lantern-making activities with the desire to bring unique Vietnamese cultural features closer to Japanese clients. Lantern-making activities will take place from 09:00 – 15:00 at the Co-working space area. HANA Asia hopes that you will arrange a time to join with us.
