The Fear of Monday, also known as “Monday Blues” or “Monday Syndrome,” is a common syndrome that many people have experienced nowadays.
The reason for this phenomenon often comes from the fact that many people have to end a great weekend of rest and re-energization to face a new week with full of challenges and work pressures that await them ahead.
