    Taking care of your health during the rainy season is very important because the humid and erratic weather can easily make your body susceptible to diseases such as colds, viral fever, stomachaches, skin diseases, and mosquito-borne diseases. Here are some basic tips on how to take care of your health effectively during the rainy season:

    1. Stay warm and dry

    Always bring a raincoat, umbrella and waterproof shoes when going out. Avoid getting wet for too long as it can cause a cold. Change into warm clothes as soon as you get home.

    1. Boost immunity

    Eat lots of green vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin C (oranges, lemons, grapefruits). Drink enough warm water, you can drink ginger tea, and honey lemon tea. Drinking lots of water helps balance body temperature, eliminates toxins from the body, and also helps your skin to be naturally bright and beautiful.

    1. Maintain personal hygiene

    Keep your body clean, wash your hands with antibacterial soap before eating and after using the toilet.

    1. Skin and hair care

    Skin is prone to dryness or rashes due to humid weather, so use a suitable moisturizer.

    Wash hair with warm water and blow dry to avoid dandruff and fungus.

    1. Get enough sleep

    Get enough sleep 8 hours/day and avoid staying up late to keep your immune system working well.
