D0RAEMON – A Classic from Japan associated with the age of students

Doraemon (Japanese: ドラえもん Japanese pronunciation: [doɾaemoɴ]) is a Japanese manga series written by Fujiko F. Fujio from December 1969 to April 1996. 

Acclaimed by experts and a huge success around the world, Doraemon won many major awards, including the Japan Manga Association award in 1973 and 1994. 

With great impact in the domestic and international markets, the character Doraemon is considered a cultural icon of Japan and was appointed by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs as the first anime ambassador in 2008.
